Are you Licensed and insured 
 Idaho contractor license RCE 29561 and insured through Western Insurance Company

What about warranty
Our warranty covers all labor for one year, materials are covered by the manufacturer

Do we provide a free consultation
We will be happy to come out and see what you need done once we have an initial budget from you to to work with

Payment options 
We accept cash, check, money order, pay-pal

What are our work hours
We normally work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm. We do provide after-hour coverage for which we charge an additional fee

What are our rates
We either charge by the hour for small quick jobs or by the project. By the hour charge during normal business hours is $50/hr with a one hour minimum. Out of area services also have a trip charge that will be added.  After-hours, Emergency, Holiday charge is at $75/hr premium . When a subcontractor is performing work during a remodel or addition or other major task, the rate River Valley charges is $95.00 per hour.

What is your material pricing
 We charge for all taxes and normal material mark up, our mark is 30%. If we are picking up parts for which the customer has purchased, River Valley charges a $50.00 pick up fee per occurrence.

We perform work for both Residential and Commercial 
We have several commercial customers that we provide services for we also provide those same services for our residential customers
